How To Fix An Android Phone Not Connecting To Wifi


You can connect to the Internet and use it in two general ways. The first method is to connect Wifi to a modem or even another phone with the help of Wi-Fi and use its Internet or use your Internet line as the second method.

Wi-Fi internet usually has a much lower cost, but depending on where you live, the average speed is lower than mobile Internet or line internet. So, in any case, you must connect to the Internet with one of these two methods.

Wi-Fi is a widespread way to connect to the Internet, and if your phone has a problem with this part, it won’t be pleasant for you. In some Samsung phones, Wi-Fi does not connect to the modem properly, and in others, we do not see a stable connection, and after a short period, the connection will be established and connected. Go to the settings, then the Location section, and turn off the Google location accuracy option.

Go to Settings and General Management and select Reset network settings in the Reset section to reset your internet settings.

If your Galaxy Wi-Fi does not connect to a specific modem, it is most likely that your phone’s IP is entered in the modem’s blocked list. To ensure that the Wi-Fi has a new problem or not, try connecting it to several modems and hotspots.

If there is no problem connecting to the modem, but the connection disconnects and connects while using the Internet, be sure to disconnect from the modem and enter the password again from the beginning. Also, ensure this internet outage is due to something other than the internet provider operator.

Sometimes apps like Shareit or similar apps interfere with the correct Wi-Fi connection to the modem. This is because Shareit and similar apps turn on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to transfer data, which may interfere with the Wi-Fi connection to the modem after the desired data has been transferred. So, if the above methods do not solve the problem, delete such apps once and establish the connection again.

Sometimes your IP address may be included in the block list of the modem, and for this reason, the modem does not allow you to connect to it. To check this issue, try connecting to the modem with another device, and if the second device connects to the modem without any problem, your IP is probably on the block list.

Another reason for not finding the name of the modem is that there is a mode in the modem settings where you can make the name of the modem not be displayed to different people, and you can use it only by entering the Wi-Fi name and password manually.

Finally, your modem’s Mac Address settings may be on, but your phone’s IP address is not listed, and in this case, you will not be allowed to connect to the modem.

To solve all these problems, it is better to reset your modem once (this does not mean turning it off and on, and for this, you need to reset the modem from the back with the help of a needle. This work is similar to the factory reset in phones).

To connect the modem to your service again after the factory reset, you must know your username and password and save or take a photo of the settings of a specific part of the modem before the reset.

To enter the modem settings, you must connect to the modem using a device and then enter the number 192.168.1.1 in your browser exactly as described above and then search for this number (another method is to go to the Wi-Fi settings section and click the gear in front of the Wi-Fi name to go to the Manage Router section).

If you have done this correctly, the modem will ask you for a username and password; at this stage, you must enter both admins. At this stage, you enter the modem settings, and now you must keep all the options and numbers in the Quick start section and then the Run Wizard section.

Finally, reset the modem with the same method and then enter the saved settings again in the Quick Start section.
