Within your vehicle there is a multi-pin computer port that we plug into. From there, an onscreen prompt will allow our mechanics to access the main engine computer controls, scanning the vehicle for any operational or mechanical concerns throughout.
This helps to find the right repairs efficiently, getting to the bottom of most problems without having to manually check the vehicle over searching for a clear indicator of the concern.
Once a technician knows what problem areas to address, they will then proceed to manually look over the issue at hand.
