Mindful Monday 5

We’re back after a little break over the holidays and here we are with the first Monday of the new year. Something my inner circle have discussed over the last few weeks is regarding the mindset around Monday. How people dread it and going back to work or school, and how that attitude persists and affects your performance. Well our challenge to you is to be excited about Monday! It’s the start of another week to show people how good you are at what you do. All those long hours and hard work you’ve put in to get where you are in your life and/or career, you get a fresh opportunity to go put it on display. You’d be surprised at how this little change in outlook and attitude can shift your mood, and even rub off on those around you in a positive way and lift them up too. I myself have found this little change to totally alter my outlook and performance on Mondays. I hope this can help start your work week and new year off on the right foot and start propelling you forward towards achieving your goals.
