From there, we will be able to give you an estimate on your cleaning, and come back to those spots specifically for a thorough clean, top to bottom.

Saturating the area with hot water which will infiltrate into the underlay and subfloor.
Extracting and flush the water out of the carpet, underlay, and subfloor with our specialized extraction tool.
Neutralizing the odour with our specialized solutions which will penetrate all the way to the subfloor.
Deploying a second extraction using our water claw to help eliminate the odour causing bacteria.
Applying a topical solution and stain treatment.
